The hotel offers spacious rooms with a large bed and a sofa, perfect for a warm stay with a South-facing aspect. The rooms were great, albeit a bit stuffy at times. The hotel staff were really helpful and quick to assist, making our stay very comfortable. The location allowed for easy access to the main square and other attractions, although the breakfast experience was a letdown. The dining options were varied and superb. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor drawbacks in some areas.

I loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were a bit noisier, but the view of the river and the castle was a real treat, especially with our Accor membership perks. The rooms were spacious, modern, had excellent AC, and strong wifi. The service was top-notch, everyone was always helpful, friendly, and had that professional touch you expect from a quality hotel. The location just outside the old city by the Vistula boulevards was perfect for exploring the castle and the Old Town. The dining options were exceptional with a variety of choices, although the prices could be a bit on the higher side. Overall, a great value for money!

My stay at Novotel Krakow Centrum was overall enjoyable. The room with a river view was a hit with our 5-year-old son, who loved the toys, blackboard, and ceiling suspended chair. However, we were disappointed that our room didn't have the nice view we expected from a different room. The late room readiness until 6:30pm on our first day due to previous guests' late check-out was unacceptable and affected our plans negatively.
